Experience

Randall Russell is the Chief Estimator of the Northwest Arkansas Division for Baldwin and Shell Construction Company, a general contractor based in Little Rock, Arkansas. Randall has been with Baldwin and Shell Construction Company since 2005, when he was hired as the estimator for the Northwest Arkansas office.  His duties include quantity takeoff, cost analysis, bid procurement, and final estimate compilation.  In the past, he has worked as a superintendent, project manager, and estimator in the commercial and heavy highway market in the Western Arkansas region.  He graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Oklahoma State University in 1999. Randall achieved the status of Certified Professional Estimator in 2007.  He is married with three children and resides in Fayetteville, AR.
