General

Doyle is the Chief Estimator for Baldwin & Shell Construction Co. in Little Rock, AR. He has been in the construction industry for over 30 years. He is an active member of ASPE and also CSI. He has taught several seminars at different estimating academies and educational programs for both CSI and ASPE. His experience is in general contracting working on budgets and estimates for projects ranging in size form $1 to over $55 million. He is currently the Southeast representative on the Education Board for ASPE.

Doyle currently resides with his wife and mother and enjoys golf and being outdoors.
